**Internal Communications & Employee Engagement****Main responsibilities?**- Oversee internal communications activities from developing comprehensive internal communications strategy and plan, creating content and execution of plan through various channels and activities.- You will support the organization to understand and deliver on Siemens’ strategic priorities: customer impact, technology with purpose, empowered people and growth mindset. The planning, development and implementation of related programs and strategic topics are guided by you.- Collaborate across teams, communicate topic-specific executive communications, inform and engage internal audience with Siemens thought leadership stories, programs and initiatives that create positive perception internally and enhance corporate culture.- Manage company’s business-to-society initiatives and activities.- Manage local company digital presence (yammer, mailing and intranet). Share insights and trends.- Compose and edit mail, presentations, speeches, articles, social media posts and other material to communicate and engage with employees.- Together with our HR team, as well as other key functions you will develop the culture transformation process, joining the dots across corporate, businesses and regions.- Together with neighboring departments you develop the internal communication platforms and formats of the future.- In close cooperation with our "Analytics & Insights " team, you will develop a concept for measuring success and driving continuous improvement.- You will be responsible for planning and executing in-person, digital and hybrid events to cascade the company messages and leverage employee engagement.**What do I need to qualify for the job?**- At least 5 years of Communications experience, or in similar Communication departments. Preference in internal communications, integrated b2b marketing from a multinational corporation or company.- Effective experience leading employee and leadership communications and events- Strong project management and experience in managing internal audiences- Knowledge of Microsoft products for effective communications.**Skills Required**:- Ability to craft compelling content in English; outstanding command of both English and Spanish languages is required- Project management skills to juggle editorial schedules and deadlines while sticking to a budget- Knowledge of digital solution / graphic design software is preferred (Photoshop, AEM, Canva, others)- Current knowledge of digital communications techniques and social media engagement is preferred- Media and influencer relations will be a plus- Experience creating compelling messages for different demographics- Desirable knowledge as an event manager and desirable professional experience in the conception and implementation of broadcasts, webcast productions, podcasts, streaming platforms, virtual event platforms and similar digital formats.**Organization**: Communications**Company**: Grupo Siemens S.A. de C.V.**Experience Level**: Experienced Professional**Full / Part time**: Full-time
