Now Hiring**:Client Success Manager**Baja Roofing is looking for a seasoned **Client Success Manager** to become the warm, inviting first impression of our company. This Remote-based position is ideal for a professional with **5+ years of customer service or client relations experience** who thrives on creating meaningful connections, supporting sales, and ensuring every client feels valued from the very first call.**Key Responsibilities**- **First Point of Contact**: Be the voice of Baja Roofing—answer calls with professionalism, warmth, and empathy.- **Lead Conversion**: Follow proven scripts to turn leads into scheduled appointments and ensure our conversion rates stay optimized.- **Sales Support**: Set our sales reps up for success with strong, pre-qualified appointments so they can focus on closing.- **Follow-Up Engagement**: Re-engage with clients after sales appointments, showing care, professionalism, and persistence.- **Marketing Collaboration**: Partner with our Marketing Manager to run consistent follow-ups and improve the entire customer journey.- **Appointment Generation**: Reach out to property management companies and HOA managers to create new business opportunities beyond paid advertising.- **Lead Revival**: Revive past or unsold leads, converting them into fresh opportunities.**What We’re Looking For**- **5+ years of proven experience** in customer service, appointment setting, or client relations- **Bilingual (English & Spanish)**, with **fluent English at C1 level or above**:- A **warm, inviting, and professional voice/tonality** that builds instant trust- Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken- Sales-minded, organized, and highly detail-oriented- A proactive attitude with the ability to represent Baja Roofing with confidence and careAs our **Client Success Manager**, you won’t just answer phones—you’ll be the _first and lasting impression_ of our company. This role is about creating trust, converting opportunities, and building client relationships that fuel our growth.Pay: $150.00 - $190.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: Remote
