We're venture-backed & growing fast**What You'll Do - JD**:- Anticipate customers’ needs and communicate proactively- Quickly, thoroughly, and creatively solve problems for customers- Investigate deliveries, transactions, and experiences that don't go 100% as planned- Track and research shipments; contact carriers to resolve delivery issues- Guide customers through product questions, assembly instructions, and warranty troubleshooting- Provide advice with design and selecting the perfect product**Requirements**:Must Haves:- Excellent written and verbal communications- Exceptional attention to detail- Ability to solve problems under pressure while remaining calm, friendly, and proactive- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up where processes change fast- Previous experience in a customer service or similar role- Ability to self-service and use provided company resources to solve problems independently**Benefits**Superior to law benefits12 PTOSMental health supportMedical insurancePsychological supportLearning and Development program to build a career path within the company
