ADI Global Distribution, a Resideo company, is looking for an experienced Senior UX Digital Designer as an essential member of the growing ecommerce based Digital Experience team.Please send your resume and portfolio link. Your portfolio should demonstrate creativity, collaboration, strategy, conceptual thinking, branding and execution of comprehensive UI/UX design, information architecture and customer journeys/flows for ecommerce digital product and marketing initiatives all with the user in mind.**JOB DUTIES**:- Design and execute compelling end-to-end human-centered experiences for ecommerce websites, mobile apps and other customer touchpoints such as kiosks and webinars- Create and translate wireframes into simple, intuitive and easy-to-use user interfaces for responsive websites and other digital platforms- Ensure consistency of brand and creative look/feel across all digital customer touchpoints- Manage, produce and execute digital design assets, including sizing and versioning of your work- Coordinate with our development team to ensure timely delivery of assets and ensure product quality- Participate in developing/maintaining asset libraries of UI components used across the website and apps- Design with accessibility standards in mind- Translate project requirements, industry trends and customer needs into elegant design solutions- Research customer habits, competitors and use analytics to help build your strategic designs- Approach designs in a manner that finds the balance between customers, business objectives and technical capabilitiesWork within and help refine our corporate UI design guidelines**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Minimum of 3 years of successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or inhouse web team for an ecommerce product-driven business- Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to complex business problems and user flows through effective design- Proficient at using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Workfront and Jira- Knowledge of digital and print design/production principles- Prior experience with advanced usage of the **English **language inclusive of written and verbal communication.**WE VALUE**:- Being up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates strong visual design skills- Experience creating storyboards, concepting and improving user process flows, as well as other design artifacts- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user experience interaction across touch points and systems- Able to present concepts and lead stakeholders to the correct solution in a compelling way- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively in a collaborative environment- Proven ability to follow brand guidelines and work within templates where applicable- Experience with publishing web content via CMS tool such as Optimizely Spire is a plus.- An eye for selecting engaging, appropriate images to accompany text- Strong work ethic and personal accountability with a professional demeanor- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Attention to detail and accuracy is a must**WHAT'S IN FOR YOU**:- Exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing Digital Experience team- Great work environment and exceptional Resideo benefitsAbility to grow into different areas of the organization based on expertise and interest.LI-CM1LI-Hybrid
