This role is key in transforming complex information into actionable insights that create business impact.**RESPONSABILITIES**- Analyze large volumes of data and develop predictive models.- Design dashboards and reports in Power BI for better data interpretation.- Implement machine learning solutions to optimize processes and decision-making.- Ensure data quality and improve its management within the organization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into business strategies**REQUIREMENTS**- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python.- Experience in data engineering, machine learning, and data quality management.- Advance English Level- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and propose strategic solutions.- Ability to work autonomously and lead digital transformation initiatives.- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings.**Softskills**:- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decisions that create a significant business impact.- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and autonomy are highly valued, essential for leading digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the implementation of innovative solutions.**Critical SOL (Standards of Leadership) Behaviors**- Focus on what counts- Stay three steps ahead**Leadership**- You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
