No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs****Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.**Your Impact**As **HR Ops Assoc Analyst**your functions would consist:- Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay:- Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements- Capture information in payroll systems.- Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.- Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs- Contiue communication and support with local functional teams- Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparationQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field**Experience**- Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook- Strong English oral and written communication skills- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same timeAnalytical skills- Action-oriented and problem solving skills- Team player and highly collaborative- Untouchable integrity and ethics- Functional and technical expertise to provide solutions- Attention to detail and high organization, ability to work independently to meet deadlines- Excellent follow-up skills- Ability to work under pressure- Appreciate the need to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity at all times**What can you expect from us**:- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes- Organized personality- Team player- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy- Advocates for and embraces the use of new tools and techniques- Problem Solving- Seeks opportunities to strengthen digital culture through collaborating and sharing knowledge- Track record of improving processes, leading projects and influencing decision-makers- Has an informed opinion on digital trends, including fluency with specific digital technologies**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
