Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The main purpose of the role is to centralize US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Payroll Inputs Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment as well as implementing initiatives that raise standards, efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Impact
As
HR Ops Assoc Analyst
your functions would consist of:

  • Analyze, Document, Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay / PepsiCo Beverages / Corporate Employees:
  • Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements
  • Capture information in payroll systems.
  • Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.
  • Develop solutions (automation, trainings, resources or materials) that provide better results according to KPIs.
  • Understand service delivery requirements to guarantee Service Level Agreements.
  • Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
  • Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
  • Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
