Shapethefutureoftradewithus.JoinourHappeners Responsibilities FacilitatesEffectiveCommunication: Leads regular communication sessions and meetings with managers to ensure consistent and transparent information flow across teams and divisions. Ensure timely and appropriate dissemination of updates to support staff. SupportsInternalAudit,Risk,andComplianceRequests: Provides responsive and thorough internal support to address inquiries and requirements from the Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance departments. ContributestoSOPDevelopment: Actively participates in the creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) used by Shared Services Center (SSC) operational teams to ensure alignment with best practices and compliance standards. ProvidesLeadershipandDevelopment: Offers guidance and support to team members, fostering professional growth and succession planning through coaching, training, and leadership development initiatives. AnalyzesPerformanceandDrivesImprovement: Reviews productivity and performance data to assess operational effectiveness. Adjusts strategies, goals, and objectives in response to current conditions and business needs. Qualifications Candidate Profile Professional Skills Highly organized with effective timemanagement and multi-tasking capabilities Able to work independently and collaboratively with inorganic team environment Comfortable working with various ITsystems and onlineplatforms Quick to adapt to new technologies and software tools Education Bachelor’s degree in Administration, degree or related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
