Together, let’s create the extraordinaryJob Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _- Asset Management Specialist_- located in _- Guadalajara, South Campus_- ._- Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, _- Asset Management Specialist_- role involves_- Directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in some or all of the following areas: assets planning, allocation, capex forecast control, assets purchasing and internal transfer, rental, delivery management, disposal by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates._What a typical day looks like:- _ Validate the exact capacity requirements based on business plans_- _ Ensure Capacity is right sized to meet the future technology requirements._- _ Develop strategy to meet alternative capacity solutions for short burst needs (Rental, Oursource etc)_- _ Ensure all available company assets are considered thru coordination with sister sites._- _ Work with internal and third parties to ensure inbound delivery schedules are maintained_- _ Cooperate with other internal entities to support their capacity needs if suitable idle assets are available internally at each respective location._- _ Initiate the export / importation capital equipment where applicable_- _ Coordinate Assets disposal and ensure compliance to relevant process and procedures_- _ Develop process and procedure to support productivity, efficiency and compliance._- _ Review and validation capacity analysis where new equipment demand is projected or planned_The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Experience as Asset Specialist_- _ Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is also a plus._- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _ Experience with traffic, exports and asset_- _ Strong knowledge of asset_- _ Strong knowledge of equipment engineer_- _ English Intermediate_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MP100Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:At Flex, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and know there is much more to a great employee than just a list of requirements - if you are excited about a role (but don’t meet every bullet-point), we encourage you to apply.
