Retail Asset Manager | Door Capital Partners Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid) | Full-time Door Capital Partners is seeking an experienced Retail Asset Manager to oversee our portfolio of Texas-based retail strip centers. This role offers significant autonomy and direct impact on portfolio performance and investor returns. What You'll Do: •       Oversee financial and operational performance of retail assets across Texas •       Coordinate with third-party property managers and ensure compliance with KPIs •       Maximize NOI through strategic decision-making and cost control •       Prepare financial reports and investor communications •       Manage insurance renewals, tax appeals, and compliance matters ✅ What We're Looking For: •       3-5 years in retail asset management or property management •       Strong financial analysis and Excel skills •       Professional fluency in English and Spanish •       Experience with CAM and NNN structures •       Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field What We Offer: •       Hybrid work model (Fridays remote + flexible days) •       Competitive compensation •       Direct exposure to U.S. commercial real estate markets •       Travel opportunities for U.S. site visits •       Small team with high autonomy and impact Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing relevant retail asset management experience. #RealEstate #AssetManagement #Retail #Hiring #Guadalajara #CommercialRealEstate
