Purpose Statement: Support and collaborate with team members in facilitating activities and programs to provide a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and engagement. Support in day-to-day operational administration activities and support to the Human Resources (HR) or Talent Acquisition (TA) function.Key Job Accountabilities:- Support all of the following disciplines: recruitment and staffing, wellness, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention.- Serve as primary contact and resource for employees to address HR issues, questions, and concerns while maintaining good working relationships and building credibility with employees.- Perform pre-employment activities including but not limited to screening resumes, conducting interviews.Additional Accountabilities:- Identify and recommend process, policy, and procedural improvements.- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.- Additional duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications:- A minimum of a(n) Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management, is required; a(n) currently studying last year, recently graduated is preferred one year.Other Qualifications:- Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and presentation skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Strong organizational and analytical skills needed.- Demonstrate interpersonal skills needed for working with a variety of people throughout the Company.- Microsoft Office- English intermediate - advance (desirable)Work Environment:- The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.- This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform._
