At AUTOKINITON, we are building a better foundation for every vehicle on the road.AUTOKINITON is recognized by our customers as one of the top suppliers in our industry.Reasons you will love working here:Learning and Development OpportunitiesBenefits superior to Law.**Responsibilities**:- Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in performance of daily activities.- Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurable to support the departmental goals.- Negotiates product and related sales and marketing issues with customers and affiliates.- Investigates, understands and communicates customer program intentions and strategic direction- Provides customers with information pertaining to our technical updates and new products.- Guides cross-function proposal team toward developing Request for Quote proposals to bid on new and expanding business.- Cultivates customer accounts seeking greater sales volume, new revised products.- Responds to current and prospective customer issues, resolving misunderstandings, sharing knowledge and increasing satisfaction with both tangible and intangible deliverables.- Responds to information, testing, materials, and delivery on other service issues.- Track quotes, coordinating internal and external resources for on-time delivery.- Leads proposal development team, matching customer needs with company capabilities.- Assures overall customer satisfaction through service, product and information delivery.- Analyzes current processes and systems. Identifies and implements activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.- Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the work area.- Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.- Assures compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations and laws.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering related field.- Minimum of five (5) years of industry experience preferred.- Detailed knowledge of auto industry and production, service and quality standards.**Required Skills**:Required Experience
