**Position Title**: Customer Service Analyst**Location**: Santa Fe, Mexico City - hybrid model**Reports to**:D&T SupervisorThis position supports Latam regions (Caribbean, Central Amercia, South Cone and Andean. Works closely with the sales team and customers. Responsible for the following business: RCP, Quickie and Elmer’s. Work with the credit department team, customer service team (back -end), palnning/supply team, customs and plants.**Responsibilities** will include but are not limited to:- Enter orders and provide proformas to the sales team and customer for their review and approval- Release and create deliveries for confirmed orders.- Follow up orders until they are shipped/Invoiced.- Work with the plant in Winchester in a daily basis to determine the orders that will be shipped/Invoiced each month and prepare and send a report to sales team.- Request Bookings- Prepare open order reports as necessary- Hold weekly calls with the sales team to review open orders or as necessary- Enter and process sample orders- Keep customer database updated- Solve any problems and work with different teams to push orders to be shipped and invoiced- Keep a constant communication with the customer service team (back end)- Serve as a back up on a monthly basis for all the Export Business #LI-MF1**Qualifications**- Bachelor Degree- 6 years of experience in a customer service role- Fully Bilingual English Spanish- Knowledge of following systems: SAP, Microsoft Office- Ability to work under pressure and multitask- Ability to analyze and solve problems in a fast paced enviroment
