We want someone with a passion for excellence and a drive to keep growing. Strong communication skills—both written and oral—will help you thrive. You should be organized, have a deep understanding of basic actuarial concepts and be committed to completing the actuarial exam program (with two to three exams already completed and currently preparing for a CAS exam; we will support you in pursuing this qualification). Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, is also required.
