At **Gecko Alliance** we design, develop and manufacture the most innovative products for the global SPA industry.As a **Sr Sourcing Manager**, your role is critical to the success of the organization. You will be the leader in charge of the procurement strategy, contract negotiation with suppliers and material cost reduction strategies. Teamwork must be innate, as you will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders: sales, planning, logistics, customer service, production, accounting and R&D.To perform this successfully you must demonstrate depth experience in commodities contract negotiations and the ability to improve the supply chain and procurement strategies, considering profitability, compliance, quality and innovation, while coordinating a multicultural team in a multi-site manufacturing environment.Activities related to the position:- Responsible for purchasing and subcontracting negotiations.- Provide leadership, analytical and tactical support in establishing current and future material costs.- Leads projects for Material Cost Reduction and Raw Material Strategy for inventory.- Provides information to key groups within the organization on material cost trends and the possible impact on our business.- Determine and present annual budget for materials cost, consumable supplies and subcontracting.- Participate in supplier selection activities with R&D and Quality.- Prepares and modifies Client-Supplier contracts.- Develop business relationships with key suppliers to obtain the best value for products and services.Join Our Team | Sr Sourcing Buyer
