At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Join PepsiCo, dare to transform.**Responsibilities****The oportunity****Your Impact**As The Associate Manager, Data Operations your scope will consist of:- Manage and supervise a team of production support engineers, providing coaching, guidance, and technical expertise to ensure that all team members are performing at the highest level.- Establish and enforce production support processes and procedures, including incident management, problem management, change management, and release management.- Monitor system performance and capacity, and identify areas for improvement and optimization, with a focus on Azure data analytics solutions.- Manage and coordinate production support activities with external vendors and service providers, as necessary.- Develop and maintain production support metrics and reports, and communicate these to management and other stakeholders as needed.**Qualifications****Who are we looking for?****Education**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.**Experience**:- 10 years overall IT experience- At least 8-10 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years of experience in Azure cloudenvironment- At least 5 years of experience in production support, with a proven track record of success in managing production support teams and delivering results.**Tech skills**:- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.- Experience with production support tools such as incident management systems, performance monitoring tools, and automated deployment tools.- Experience with Azure data analytics tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Stream Analytics. Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures is preferred.**Non tech skills**- Strong communication skills- Ability to present effectively to LG1/LG2-level within both IT & business population- Ability to manage many priorities- SAFE Agile certification a plus- Ability to quickly understand project/feature/epic work items and dependencies- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills- Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals- Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions to complex problems- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
