Our people are our greatest asset, and we’ll go the extra mile to ensure you’re happy here.We want our people to be their true authentic selves at all times, because that’s when real creativity happens**Microsoft 365 Consultant - Digital Workplace****(All genders)**Type of Contract: full time | location: Guadalajara, MXThe role:The main responsibilities of the consultant are:- Design and deliver complex IT solutions for SoftwareONE customers- Analyze business and user requirements- Translate business requirements into functional architecture- Create detailed design and architecture documentation- Maintain and report on service delivery and project status- Provide expert guidance to customers, driving solution architecture, and ensuring solution strategy is optimally aligned with business strategy- Support project management team and other consultants in the planning, management, and delivery of customer engagements- Maintain and acquire advanced level technical certification(s) in assigned area- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies- Create, maintain, and update document templates, architecture, and standards- Contribute to offering development and written proposals- Support sales teams with effort estimation, proposal creation and/or review, and other pre-sales activities- Coordinate and hand over repeatable processes to remote service teams- Assist with end user and technical administrator training, where neededWhat we need to see from you:**Y****our experience**- Experience designing, planning, and deploying workloads within the Microsoft Office 365 platform- Experience deploying Microsoft identity solutions such as Azure AD Connect and ADFS- Successful deployment and/or migration experience with at least **one** of the following technologies in large customer environments:- Exchange Online- OneDrive for Business- SharePoint Online- Microsoft Teams- Microsoft Intune- Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions- A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering complex IT solutions, preferably as a systems integrator, consultant, or as part of a professional services organization.**your knowledge**- Bachelor’s degree in the field of information technology or an equivalent combination of experience and education- Current Microsoft 365 certifications**Your language skill**Advanced English Level.**Your personality**- Ability to work independently and stay organized when assigned to multiple projects concurrently- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment- A professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peers- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills- Demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective- Ability to develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures- Ability to develop architecture design deliverables that map customer business requirements to solutions and technologies.- Ability to travel within North America and other locations**Have we piqued your interest?****If you have the feeling that the position doesn't suit you...**... you can still choose between two further options:**_here_**).**If you need more information about SoftwareONE...**... you can check the other channels we're using for communicating news, insights and knowledge.
