We are seeking a highly qualified **Receptionist Assistant **to join our team.We are currently looking for**:Receptionist Assistant to US Attorneys**If you are interested send your **resume in English today.**We can schedule an interview right away**This position is an ON SITE position.****Requirements**:- Experience in the telephone field for customer service**- Fluent Spoken and Written English. At least C1 (Advanced English)- **In Office Position. Live in Guadalajara or near the area.**:- High School Diploma or Bachelors.- 6 months or more in Phone Staff position.- Attention to detail and accuracy- Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills- Experience with phone systems and handling high-volume calls**Some of your activities**:- Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments- Coordinate meetings and calls, including preparing agendas and taking minutes- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports- Conduct research and compile information as needed- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations- Provide general administrative support to the executive team- Handle confidential information with discretion**What we Offer**:- Base Salary from 13,000.00 to 16,000.00 pesos monthly (Depending on your English and skills)- All Law Benefits.- Excellent growth opportunities- Referral Program. $5,000.00 pesos BONUS- Monday to Friday.
