Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, presented international award-winning experiences, and are backed by several leading global investors Impressive, right?To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainmentReady to be part of the experience?Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.**About The Role**- Define, document, and create visual content standards across Fever's marketplace.- Generate content to be used on Fever's listings and other areas of our marketplace- Upload and distribute content in BackOffice.- Edit, photographic retouch and enhance images.- Engage our users through original and compelling images- Work closely with our marketing team to fully understand our events- Define and sustain the quality standards of Fever's brand through images- Evaluate and develop a visual content strategy to cater to our users- Research and benchmark other marketplaces, and continuously propose ideas to improve our marketplace content- Help to create the concepts, briefs, for a variety of assets.- Analyze the results of our tests and identify opportunities for improvement in the performance of the assets we create.**About You**- Are go-ahead type of person, organised and motivated.- Are fast learner, take criticism well, and set high goals for yourself.- Are a creative thinker who likes to bring new ideas to the table.- Are able to work both independently and in a team.- Can demonstrate your ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.- Ninja attention to detail.- Have a professional level in oral and written English.- Photoshop, Lightroom is a must.**Benefits & Perks**- Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader- 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences- Home office-friendly and flexible schedule- Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth- Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with- Private health, life, dental and visual insurance.- 20 days off annually- Gympass MembershipLI-HybridThank you for considering joining Fever.
