- Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Systems or Product Engineering.
- 5 Years of experience in New Product Introduction.
- SMT experience, Projects Management, Bill of materials knowledge.
- Engineering change coordination, Quality Tools knowledge.
- Focus in Quality and Productivity.

**Skills**
- 80 % English spoken/written
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Communications skills, self-disciplined, teamwork oriented.
- Continues improvement, time flexibility, persistence.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Team management, Client management, responsible
