méxico Kyndryl A tiempo completo

Who We Are At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission‑critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities. The Role Join Kyndryl as a Data Analyst where you will unlock the power of data to drive strategic decisions and shape the future of our business. As a key member of our team, you will harness your expertise in basic statistics, business fundamentals, and communication to uncover valuable insights and transform raw data into rigorous visualizations and compelling stories. At Kyndryl, our People and Workforce Analytics team delivers actionable insights that drive business outcomes and shape our global talent strategy. We enable data‑driven decision‑making and support strategic initiatives across the global organization. We are seeking an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Analytics to guide the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions including reports, dashboards, and deep‑dive analyses leveraging our data. This strategic and advisory role is pivotal in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for Business Leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Leaders supporting both ongoing business processes and new initiatives across our global organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of analytics products including reports, dashboards, and analyses with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition data. This includes analyzing sourcing channel effectiveness and developing integrated analytics that link Quality of Hire to channel performance, covering sourcing, recruiting funnel metrics, candidate experience, time‑to‑fill, and hiring investment initiatives. Develop actionable insights by connecting poor quality outcomes or extended cycle‑times with other influencing factors, enabling targeted process improvements. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity by integrating data from internal workforce management and planning tools with recruiting efforts and requisition management, moving beyond siloed systems and reports. Advance trend reporting capabilities and Talent Acquisition predictive analytics to support proactive decision‑making. Homogenize reporting and analytics from multiple platforms (such as Workday, Power BI, and raw data reports) to simplify access, improve user experience, and maximize the utilization of data and insights. Drive the optimization and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes and systems, leveraging data to identify opportunities for efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation. Serve as a subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM platforms, HRIS), ensuring analytics solutions are fully integrated with these platforms and support end‑to‑end recruiting operations. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition operations to define, measure, and enhance key process metrics, such as pipeline management, requisition lifecycle, candidate engagement, and onboarding. Develop and maintain analytics frameworks that support workforce planning, talent mobility, and upskilling, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Partner with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that clearly communicate progress, impact, and opportunities across hiring and workforce initiatives. Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leadership and non‑technical audiences. Ensure analytics solutions comply with global data privacy, governance and compliance standards. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquisition analytics, workforce planning, data visualization, and HR technology. Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor on Talent Acquisition and workforce analytics, without direct people management responsibilities. Your Future at Kyndryl Every position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career. We have opportunities that you won’t find anywhere else, including hands‑on experience, learning opportunities, and the chance to certify in all four major platforms. Whether you want to broaden your knowledge base or narrow your scope and specialize in a specific sector, you can find your opportunity here. Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer‑focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others. Required Experience & Skills 8+ years of experience Deep hands‑on experience designing and delivering analytics solutions using Talent Acquisition data (e.g., applicant tracking, sourcing, recruiting funnel, candidate experience), as well as internal staffing and learning data. Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes, best practices, and systems (ATS, CRM, HRIS), with a proven track record of optimizing recruiting operations through data and technology. Experience in total workforce solutions, combining internal hiring or assignment with external make‑vs‑buy decision making; understanding of Professional Services hiring and bench management is highly desirable. Strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization, with proficiency in BI platforms such as Power BI and One Model, and programming languages like Python or R. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong leadership presence and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, HR Analytics, Business, or related field. Preferred Skills and Experience Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics. Knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Looker, Power BI, QuickSight, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Python, R, or SQL). Professional certification, e.g., ASQ Six Sigma. Cloud platform certification, e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Google Cloud Looker Business Analyst, or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
