As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be key in supporting and guiding the Talent Acquisition team to ensure an efficient and engaging hiring process. You will coordinate recruitment activities, manage candidate communication, and assist with employer branding efforts. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements, help track key recruitment metrics, and provide operational support to enhance the overall talent acquisition strategy. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Team Support & Coordination Guide and support the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring smooth execution of hiring processes and best practices. Act as a point of contact between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to streamline communication and scheduling. Assist in monitoring recruitment workflows and ensuring adherence to established hiring timelines. Help train and onboard new recruiters on systems, processes, and employer branding strategies. Recruitment for North America & Hispanic LATAM Lead and support the hiring process for roles across both North America and Hispanic LATAM, ensuring strong candidate pipelines. Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates when needed. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure hiring needs are met. Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools to attract top talent in both regions. Recruitment Coordination & Candidate Experience Manage interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely communication and updates. Support sourcing efforts by maintaining talent pipelines, screening resumes, and assisting with initial outreach. Employer Branding & Social Media Support Collaborate with the Marketing and HR teams to maintain and enhance the company’s employer brand on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Assist in creating and posting recruitment-related content to attract top talent. Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements to increase visibility and reach. Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization Maintain and update candidate records and compliance. Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing reports to improve hiring efficiency. Assist in documenting and implementing best practices to enhance the recruitment process. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition-related roles. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key hiring metrics. Ability to guide and support the Talent Acquisition team by sharing best practices and ensuring process efficiency.
