Support in decision making by analyzing risks and opportunities, being a business partner for Operations management. Lead standardization and continuous improvement of processes & models to create efficiencies. Ensure relevant KPIs and service level agreements by supporting teams through a customer service mindset.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages team members within the company's financial analysis area. Provides members of management with financial information or projections. Evaluate current and proposed financial plans and policies. Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control to the executive management team. Oversees implementation of forecasting/planning process and model improvement initiatives for the site Advice and counsel plant manager and plant leadership staff on financial implications of operating strategies cost control actions and decisions. Manage, analyze, evaluate and interpret plant financial forecasts and operating results. Inform management of results and recommend corrective actions to address unfavorable variances. Supervises activities and resources within a functional area Supports day-to-day efforts necessary to achieve the business plan and to satisfy the needs of Maxeon’s customers. Performs some tasks as an individual contributor. Provides general direction, supervision, and mentoring to first-line supervisors and highly skilled individual contributors within a functional area. Directs and provides expertise within functional area teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives. Serves as point of escalation for direct reports. Develops and delivers performance reviews. Involved in both personnel (hiring and termination) and compensation decisions. Engages with the customer and third-party representatives to ensure mutual understanding of expectations.Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulationsPerforms other duties may be assigned**RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**: Bachelor’s degree 10+ years of related experience 5 years of people management experienceEqual Employment Opportunity
