Adolfo López Mateos, Guadalajara Jalisco.Tareas:Como especialista, brindarás atención y apoyo al cliente enfocados clínicamente y de primer nível, por llamada, para asistir en todos los puntos del recorrido del cliente, incluyendo la incorporación, solución de problemas y retención de usuarios dentro del portafolio de nuestros productos, tanto para pacientes con diabetes tipo 1 como tipo 2.¿Qué ofrecemos?Salario 27,000kContratación directa con la empresaPrestaciones de Ley -seguro social, vacaciones, etc- Prestaciones superiores: Vales de Despensa, Fondo de Ahorro, Aguinaldo superior, días personales, SGMM y más.Capacitación 100% pagada por la empresaHorario de Lunes a Viernes, descanso en fines de semanaVentana de Servicio 6 am a 6 pmEs probable que se necesiten cubrir en días festivos, noches y/o fin de semana, debido a la responsabilidad de las tareas.¿Qué buscamos?De 1 a 2 años de experiência trabajando con pacientes con diabetes tipo 1 y tipo 2 en un entorno clínico; esto es obligatorio.Preferible contar con un título clínico o estudios universitarios en el área clínicaInglés avanzado -oral y escrito, ya que toda la comunicación es con usuarios en el extranjero- Certificaciones profesionales (por ejemplo, Asistente Médico, Técnico en Farmacia, Auxiliar de Salud Domiciliaria, Técnico en Emergencias Médicas, Técnico en Enfermería, etc.), preferidas.Experiência trabajando con bombas de insulina y sistemas de monitoreo continuo de glucosa -preferentemente- Experiência en soporte clínico virtual o telefónico u otro entorno relevante -adicional- Experiência trabajando en un centro de llamadas -preferentemente- Disponibilidad para laborar en horarios indicados, es posible que se necesiten cubrir en días festivos, noches y/o fin de semana, debido a la responsabilidad de las tareas.Sí estás interesado y cumples con los requisitos, postúlate por este medio y te localizamos.Zona de empleo: Col.
