**SOCIAL MEDIA LEADER**We are looking for a senior talent with excellent planning, organization and detail-oriented skills to lead the Social Media team for a recognized digital marketing agency, to focus on content and social media management for regional, national and international AAA B2C and B2B brands.**Profile**:- Marketing, Communications or related degree.- **+4 yrs experience as a team leader in a digital marketing agency.**:- **Required advanced English, oral and written.**:- Experience managing national and international AAA brands.- Taste for aesthetics and digital design.- Creativity, dynamism and proactiveness in proposing tactics that promote brand awareness in social media.- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Spanish.- Organizational, planning and management skills.- **Advanced knowledge of scheduling tools as Hootsuite, Hubspot, SEMRush.**:- Intermediate or advanced in Adobe Creative Cloud.- Social media trends follower.- Facebook Blueprint Certification desired.- TikTok Certification Program desired.**Key Functions**:- Responsible for managing social media accounts for regional, national and international AAA brands.- Establish content calendars for the accounts according to the brand's objectives and creative campaign approach.- Align the account’s social media content to the creative campaigns and communication strategies established by the creative department.- Responsible for establishing communication strategies for regional and local brands.- Distribute the workload within the team for artwork development, content programming and social media community management.- Verify the correct and timely execution of content on clients social media accounts.- Verify the quality of writing, spelling and design of content in Spanish and English.- Meetings with clients to present calendar and content grid as well as advise on content and manage changes.- Implementation of processes and best practices for the area.- Effectively communicate account objectives and strategies to be implemented as well as creative campaign approaches to your team.- Keep updated on social media trends to propose adjustments to creative strategies.**Work Schedule and Location**:- Hybrid- Required to be in the Queretaro office at least 2 times a week.- From 9:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Thursday with 1 hour of lunch.- Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm**Compensation**- Legal benefits (Prestaciones de ley)- PTU- Professional development opportunities.- Additional benefits:- Paid leave- Attractive discounts on products and services.- Superior maternity and paternity paid leave.- Training and integration activities.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $27,000.00 - $32,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Descuento de empleados- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Servicio de gimnasio- Teléfono de la empresa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Actualmente estás laborando?- ¿Cuántos años de experiência tienes como líder de área?- ¿Con qué marcas nacionales o internacionales te ha tocado trabajar?Idioma:- inglés avanzado (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 76146, Querétaro, Qro.
