.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:- **_Collaboration with Hiring Managers:_**_ Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, qualifications, and team culture. Advise on recruitment strategies and best practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals._- **Diversity & Inclusion**: Support the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring a fair, equitable, and inclusive recruitment process.- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process and work to streamline and enhance efficiency.
