**Position: Senior Recruiter - IT, Non-IT**
This is a Freelance / Independent Contractor full-time remote work from home role, anywhere across Mexico

**Responsibilities**:
- Will be responsibilities for end to end recruitment process
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Handling all the positions from Entry Level to Sr. Level positions for BPO.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Hands-on end-to-end Hiring experience is a must.
- 4 - 8 years of experience in Recruitment
- Excellent English communication skills - written and oral.
- Must have experience in scaling up and meeting the volume quickly.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
