This role will create actionable reports for Consumer Research studies, and coordinate with in-market MCC employees, to develop clear plans for projects to be completed on-time, in-full and on-budget with proper quality controls in place.**Your Impact**As **R&D Consumer Research Assoc Analyst** your functions would consist of:- Work closely with key Category Lead, Data Analyst and Programmer to **create an actionable research report**for**each Consumer research study, while ensuring best practices.- Leverage existing global EXP Consumer Research Transformation & Report Continuous Improvement processes and protocols for each research study report.- Seamlessly work across EyeQuestion AutoReport program, and other programs to synthesize key findings and recommendations.- While ensuring each report follows best practice format guidelines, storytelling and imagery are also critical to elevate understanding and business impact.- Share reports with Category Lead and Program Manager for final review.
