Computers are the universal tools of education and work in the digital economy, and we are fighting to make them accessible to all. We have built two unique, proven solutions to overcome the availability of devices and internet connectivity, which are detailed below.Endless is a social welfare non-profit with a globally distributed remote-first team. We seek an experienced leader to build and run our Sales and Business Development function and be close to our users in Mexico. You will join our commercial team to build a profitable engine that sells our products and delivers our impact globally, scaling by orders of magnitude.**About Our Programs****Device Access**: Despite their importance in the global knowledge economy, personal computers remain out of reach for over half the world's population. Many need them for education, work, and leisure. However, the absence of credit history data often prevents access to traditional financing. Endless OS has innovated a solution with its pay-as-you-go financing technology, allowing for remote device locking and unlocking. In partnership with microfinance institutions, hardware resellers, and social impact institutions, Endless builds a value chain and, with this approach, offers computers with affordable loans, reducing the daily cost to under a dollar, thus making technology accessible to millions globally.**Internet Access**: Endless believes the Internet is an essential gateway to the modern digital economy, but the current reality is that connectivity for many is not reliable, not affordable, or simply not available at all. Despite billions of dollars being invested globally in extending internet infrastructure, growth in access is slowing, and billions of people will not get connected any time soon. By harnessing the power of inexpensive local storage, Endless has brought preloaded contents in solutions such as Endless Key and the Endless Laptop Program, with a powerful ecosystem of educational resources, apps, and games that work well whether your device is online or offline.**Role Summary****What You'll Be Doing**As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding market reach for the Endless Laptop Program. Your primary focus will be devising strategic initiatives to increase sales while driving impact in the communities we service, scale the business, foster market development, and establish new partnerships, all while ensuring seamless and detailer-oriented execution:- Negotiate and establish collaborations with potential partners, including governments and private companies; strategically expand our programs' reach by establishing powerful partnerships that enhance their effectiveness.- You will lead the development of strategic national sales programs and initiatives to drive profit growth and expand the market. This involves analyzing market elements, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing actionable plans to capitalize on these opportunities.- You will develop strategies to maximize sales efficiency in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This may include optimizing sales processes, implementing scalable solutions and partnerships, and exploring new alliances or channels for growth.- You will be responsible for fostering market development by identifying customer needs and tailoring sales strategies to expand effectively.- A critical aspect of this role is maintaining a good balance between strategic planning and execution.- You will develop clear action plans, and timelines, based on strategic objectives and ensure effective implementation through collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to establish revenue targets and budgets.**We're Looking for Someone With**:- Proven experience in sales strategy development, business development, or related roles, with at least 5 years of experience in sales or related roles and at least 3+ years of managerial experience.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Strategic thinking but stays on top of tactical execution.- Strong analytical skills, including using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, identify market opportunities, and develop actionable plans.- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive results.- Communication and negotiat
