Todo esto gracias a las 30,969 personas que colaboran en esta gran compañía.Hoy forma parte de AB-InBev, la compañía cervecera más grande del mundo.Te invitamos a participar en la vacante de:Demand Planning SpecialistRequisitos- Escolaridad:_ Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial,.- Área de experiência:_ 6 meses - 2 años de experiência en Logistica, planeación de demanda operativa táctica y estratégica, pronósticos estadísticos, Supply Planning y/o planeación logística en general.- Idioma:_ Inglés Intermedio / Avanzado- Conocimientos técnicos:_ Paquetería office (Excel), Software como Forecast Pro, o9, R Studio, Metodologías de análisis estadístico, Bases de Datos.- Horario:_ Lunes a viernes de 08:00 a 18:00 hrs.Propósito del puesto:Diseñar, asegurar y verificar que el proceso de planeación de la demanda ofrezca una óptima visibilidad a la compañía del comportamiento y proyección de las ventas en la planeación (mensual, semanal y en requerimientos adicionales) elaborando planes estadísticos a nível: País, Categoría, Marca, Envase, Tamaño, Packing, SKU, Depot, Regional, Gerencia; teniendo en cuenta los resultados previos obtenidos y las tendencias y estacionalidades que se han presentado; y se entrega el resultado a los Demand Manager de cada país de la zona.Competencias- Habilidades, aptitudes y cualidades:- Trabajo en equipo.- Pensamiento crítico.- Comunicación asertiva, con impacto: clara, concisa, persuasiva.- Capacidad de análisis de información de diversa naturaleza, identificación de tendencias, análisis y solución de problemas.- Habilidades para controlar, hacer seguimiento y mantener disciplina operativa en su equipo de trabajo.Grupo Modelo no cobra por participar en sus procesos de reclutamiento, evaluación, selección y contratación de personal.
