Credit and Collection Junior Analyst

Join Finance team as a Credit and collection junior analyst, where you’ll ensure smooth financial operations by following up with customers to secure timely payments and resolve outstanding issues. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales team to address payment concerns, monitor and update customer account statements, and analyze order releases to mitigate risks. This onsite position in Querétaro requires rotational shift availability.A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing**Customer collections**: Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices. Address and resolve payment delays to minimize aging receivables and maintain a positive relationship with clients**Collaboration with sales and commercial teams**: Engage in regular communication with the sales and commercial teams to align on strategies for addressing payment-related issues. Provide updates on customer accounts and collaborate to resolve disputes efficiently.**Account monitoring and reconciliations**: Regularly monitor customer account statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Reconcile discrepancies and maintain organized documentation to support collections and account management activities.**Order release and risk analysis**: Analyze and manage order releases, balancing business objectives with risk mitigation strategies. Ensure smooth order processing by addressing pending payments and monitoring account status**Documentation management**: Efficiently manage customer portals to track payment statuses, upload required documentation, and respond to account-related queries.
