With over 85,000 units under management and a team of 150+ professionals, we provide comprehensive bookkeeping and virtual property management services to some of the largest real estate investment firms in the U.S. Our mission is to help our clients scale their businesses beyond what they imagined possible, using innovative solutions and unparalleled expertise.Website:What We Are Looking For:We are seeking a remote Senior Bookkeeper with significant real estate accounting and Client facing experience leveraging AppFolio and/or Yardi. In this position you will be the main contact for our Clients, help oversee & manage the monthly bookkeeping, and ensure accuracy across a portfolio of Clients.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance- Certified Public Accountant preferred (or equivalent experience)- **2+ years experience working with RentManager (mandatory)**:- 2+ years overall experience in real estate accounting/finance, ideally at an accounting firm working on real estate clients or directly at a real estate investment/development company- Able to lead Client meetings- Knowledge about recording purchases, dispositions, refinancing, capitalization of costs throughout real estate development, and rental property income statements- Passion for real estate, perfect books and providing business insights to clients- Strong English verbal and written skills as you will be one of the points of contact for the clients- Able to hit deadlines while staying calm under pressure- Extremely detail and process oriented - you strive in creating organization- Proficient with communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Clickup, Workspace)Job duties:- Timely client communication- Collaborate with Bookkeepers and the Client Success Director (CSD) on the team- Complete bank reconciliations, accounts payables, and accounts receivables- Answer team member questions, provide support for Client on questions- Assist with month-end close and report generation- New property set up, move-outs, owner draws, management fees- Ensure monthly deadlines are achievedWe’d Love You If..- You are a CPA- You are entrepreneurial in nature- You have experience managing multiple clients/projects at once- You have real estate experience outside of accounting- You have prior ‘Big 4’ or related work experience- You ‘know enough to be dangerous’ when it comes to real estate tax implications- You are hardworking, but easy to get along with even during times of increased workload- You are a problem solver always thinking about ways to make things more efficientLocation and Schedule:- This is a virtual (remote), full-time role that demands availability between 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday.**Please submit your resume in English.****Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $33,019.16 per monthWork Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 11/09/2025
