General information- Country- Mexico- City- Mexico City- Department- Human Resources- Job ID- 38148- Description & RequirementsWe are looking for a highly motivated person, with an eye to detail, analytical skills, willingness to learn and contribute in HR processes continuity, improvement and automation.HR Shared Service Representative with fluent written and spoken English will join our new HR Shared Service Center Team in Mexico City to support HR policies and processes serving as first line of support for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners with HR related inquiries.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:- Maintain accurate records of employees on the HR system including any changes to employment terms & advising the relevant departments.- Manage full process related to employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire) in the region of responsibilities.- Create/update process guides on a regular basis.- Create standard & ad hoc reports as necessary.- Support standardization and automation projects on HR processes across different countries.- Initiate and implement process changes and automations across HR processes.- Participate in projects related to improving efficiency and work quality.Basic Qualifications:- Previous experience in Payroll, HR, or Administration Share Service.- Willingness to learn and develop in HR & payroll matters.- Proficient in written and spoken English.- Computer literacy (including Microsoft Office).- Hybrid role - 2-3 days per week in the Infor MX City officePreferred Qualifications:- Shared Services experience.- Service Center experience.- KCS (Knowledge-Centered Services) certification.Location: Mexico City, MX- Montes Urales Norte 505, Col, Lomas de Chapultepec, 11000 Ciudad de México, México.
