You support our team as DIRECTOR, PROCESS ENGINEERING AMERICAS Responsibilities Developing Robust and Cost Efficient processes for all new projects launched, achieving committed cost, quality and capability targets (Process Map) considering defined standards Ensure compliance with project milestones during the process development / implementation phase according to APQP / VC ProMap; ensure target date, feasibility, cost and design for manufacturing; early evaluation of serial process during prototype stage, perform risk analysis, support HSE (e.g. FSS5) conformity, launch and approve machines and equipment DFM evaluation at prototype design stage to secure robust product feasibility documented in MPI, API, TPI for all serial parts Investments (Evaluating re-use of assets, initiate and drive capex procedure, managing investment budget, perform risk analysis, ensure HSE conformity, launch and approve) Design of prototype molds and assy fixtures as well as production molds and production assembly equipment Implementation of all global standards (supported by Global Experts) and Lessons Learned tracking and reporting KPI's (tracking, decide on actions and report this to Global Head) Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field At least 10 years working in Process Engineering Knowledge about Product Development as well as Process Development required like Vulcanization Mold Design, Assembly Equipment Design, Safety Training Benefits International Opportunities Health Insurance Personal Development Vacation Diversity & Inclusion Click here to go directly to our career page.
