We are looking for a **Manufacturing Engineer** to support the launch and sustainability of our Center of Excellence in Manufacturing (COE) in Apodaca, N.L. This role is responsible for coordinating the transfer of products and processes from various business units and implementing them effectively on-site.Key Responsabilities:- Develops, trains, and motivates staff through the creation and use of standard operating procedures.- Drives innovation and supports organizational change by fostering enthusiasm, teamwork, and collaboration across departments and business units.- Supports equipment transfer and setup; monitors and reports on project status. Ensures training and documentation are completed efficiently.- Develops internal communication standards and documentation policies. Supports ISO or related quality systems in engineering and manufacturing.- Supports the setup of systems, accessories, and equipment. Oversees hardware/software development, BOMs, prototype/system integration testing, and regulatory compliance (UL, FCC, etc.).- Manages project execution for the startup and ongoing operations of the Apodaca site.- Acts as liaison between the Apodaca site and other business units to ensure successful project transitions and launches.- Develops and executes training plans to ensure resources are qualified and projects meet ramp-up goals.- Coordinates the handover of products and processes to the plant manager at the appropriate stage.- Oversees equipment receipt and coordinates necessary activities in collaboration with business units and project teams.- Manages engineering, quality, and continuous improvement teams. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and issue resolution.- Performs other related duties as needed.**Requirements**:- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical); Master’s degree in Engineering or Business is a plus- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing engineering, including new product introductions and transfers- **Skills**:- Strong project management and multitasking skills- Solid technical understanding of engineering design and system integration- Experience with regulatory compliance (UL, FCC, ISO)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical abilities- Ability to interpret technical, scientific, and financial documentationTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $34,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- How many years of experience do you have in manufacturing engineering?- Specify your degree and field of study- What certifications, standards, or compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, UL, FCC) have you worked with?- Have you worked on projects involving product or process transfers between plants or business units?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
