Service Delivery Manager - Remote Location: Remote (anywhere) Compensation: USD 15–40/month, or USD 15–25/hour (India) / USD 30–40/hour (United States) based on experience. Mission of Together Light “To provide professional evaluations, ongoing email and customer support and assist with all aspects of visa petitioning, start-to-finish, to ensure a no‑hassle process.” Responsibilities Lead global BPO teams to efficiently deliver high‑quality services to U.S. and Filipino clients. Communicate clearly and effectively, translating client requirements into actionable plans. Proactively address and resolve client issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels. Oversee the end‑to‑end service delivery process, ensuring all tasks and projects meet established standards. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and alignment with client goals. Monitor and manage key performance metrics to maintain high‑quality outcomes. Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of service delivery professionals to achieve operational excellence. Facilitate regular training sessions to keep the team updated on best practices and tools. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Analyze processes to identify opportunities for optimization and implement efficiency improvements. Maintain detailed documentation of workflows and operational guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in service delivery management or service quality control, with a proven record of managing teams and delivering strong results. Proficient in process optimization, operations management, and client relationship management (CRM). Fluent in English. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable to meet and exceed goals. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Skilled problem‑solving with practical, actionable solutions. Comfortable using service management tools and technology to improve operations. Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred; Master’s appreciated). Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL or Six Sigma is a plus. Experience managing remote or hybrid work environments. What We Offer Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
