Ecolab está buscando un **Analista de compras** **para unirse a su departamento de Logística. serás un solucionador problemas analítico, responsable de respaldar procesos con datos comprobados y análisis. Tendrás la oportunidad de identificar e implementar mejoras en los procesos y recibir reconocimiento por elevar las métricas de calidad, servicio y ahorro.**Lo que harás**:- Administrar las actividades diarias dentro de las relaciones con los proveedores designados para los proveedores existentes en sus categorías asignadas.- Apoya el nível de servicio y la resolución de quejas de calidad según lo requiera la base de proveedores existente- Identifica, comunica y respalda las mejoras de procesos para materiales o servicios en áreas asignadas y con las partes interesadas clave según sea necesario.- Responsable de ejecutar estrategias de abastecimiento y proyectos de ahorro dentro de las subcategorías asignadas- Revisar y emitir órdenes de compra en la categoría Indirecta y asegurarse de que estén completas y precisas- Subir nueva información de nuevos materiales al sistema- Identificar las facturas bloqueadas y resolver el pago en consecuencia- Revisar todas las solicitudes de configuración de proveedores y confirmar que se obtuvieron todos los documentos de respaldo**Detalles de la posición**:- Lugar de residencia deseado: Toluca Estado de Mexico o localidades cercanas al municipio de Lerma- Horario laboral: 8am a 5pm Lunes a Viernes**Requisitos indispensables**:- Experiência transaccional en datos maestros, compras, servicios compartidos, finanzas, operaciones de cadena de suministro o campo relacionado (6 meses a 1año)- Licenciatura en administración, negocios, finanzas, ingeniería o cadena de suministro.- Experiência con aplicaciones de Office, Microsoft Excel y base de datos- Nível intermedio- Avanzado de inglés hablado y escrito**Requisitos deseados**:- Experiência en SAP u otros sistemas ERP en un entorno de compras o servicios compartidos- Habilidades demostradas en comunicación clara y buenas habilidades de presentación- Buenas habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo**Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion**At Ecolab, we believe the best teams are diverse and inclusive, and we are on a journey to create a workplace where every associate can grow and achieve their best.
