We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.- “At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member._- Our paid leave package is at the forefront in Mexico, now you have one more reason to be HSBC and proudly live a culture of well-being, balance and car care”_We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Cisco hardware infrastructure upgrade project analyst towards global TS goals and schedule.**Communicate with internal HSBC teams and suppliers so they have a clear understanding of their deliverables and escalate in the event of missed delivery deadlines.**Principal responsibilities**- Align to business partner's goals for the Technology / Domain / Project and deliver goals as per agreed schedules & specifications.- Understand & analyse business requirements & scope, identify gaps, translate requirements into technical specifications.- Deliver the solutions / deliverables per the agreed requirements, schedules, within estimated efforts, within levels of quality and documentation- Work on critical / complex incidents & issues and ensure completion within agreed deadlines.- Provide technical inputs to assist TL / APM to create project Plans & schedules, effort estimates, requirement gathering & analysis, risk analysis.- Assist TL / APM to identify service delivery issues (SLA Slippages, Quality etc), post implementation issues, escalations and assist to drive timely & successful closure. Identify & implement actions to eliminate issues- Perform Project Management activities as may be applicable in the projectRequirements**Calificaciones - Externas****Knowledge**- Work with the HSBC supplier and a third party to ensure they have a clear understanding of their deliverables and escalate if delivery deadlines are not met.- Work with HSBC global teams to exchange information at project time.**Experience**- Provide project status update reports related to regional delivery of LDoS to HSBC PM- Skills- Provide information for resource forecasting related to regional delivery of LDoS to HSBC Project Manager- Knowledge of Cisco infrastructure- Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure**Qualifications and Accreditations**- Manage the incorporation and training of the Supplier's Personnel.- Time and project managementYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
