Warehouse Lead

**WAREHOUSE LEAD & INCOMING INSPECTION**- City: Durango_- Monday to Friday_7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.- Salary: _$15,000 - $18,000**JOB SUMMARY AND KEY OBJETIVES**:Oversees the initial quality inspection, quality control, coordinate the supply, storage & distribution activities. This employee will work with the General Manager, Regional Operation Manager, Corporate QC & Engineering in order to properly manage incoming inspection, quality control & inventory management.Key Responsibilities and Tasks (The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to):- Development and implementation of QSOP- Provide support during the receiving & QC inspection- Point of contact for all quality rejections from customers- Customer audits- Supervise cleanliness, organization and correct labeling at Receiving and quarantine areas- Continuous improvement- Inventory management - Maintain optimal inventory levels (Min/Max)- Schedule management of warehouse team- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs**REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:- Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located- Possess or are working towards an Associate's Degree in Business/Marketing OR have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market- A strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell- Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork- The ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs**Technical Skills**- Written, conversational English (upper-intermediate)- Microsoft software (upper-intermediate)- Strong computer skills and math aptitude**MEXICO BENEFITS**:Fastenal offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees.
