Their mission is to help companies elevate their brand, streamline operations, and ensure customer satisfaction.**The Opportunity**As the Commercial Co-Pilot, you'll be the CEO's right-hand partner, responsible for driving our commercial strategy and execution. You'll play a critical role in optimizing revenue, improving efficiency, and aligning our sales and post-sales teams to achieve our business goals.**Key Responsibilities**- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue per client and improve retention.- Operational Excellence: Build and manage commercial dashboards, lead pipeline reviews, and identify process gaps to implement automation and AI solutions.- Team Leadership: Coach and guide sales and account management teams to ensure they are aligned and accountable.- Business Partnership: Support the CEO in strategic decisions regarding pricing, resource allocation, and hiring.**What We're Looking For**- You have 7+ years of experience in commercial or revenue operations, with a background in the BPO or customer experience (CX) industry being a plus.- You have a proven track record of managing small-to-medium sales or account teams.- You're comfortable with key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and gross margin.- You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are comfortable with a hands-on approach.**Details**- Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 USD net per month.- Benefits: This is a 100% nominal scheme with standard legal benefits.- Location: This is a full-time, in-office position in the Zona Rio area of Tijuana.- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.- Travel: You must have a current visa and be flexible to travel as needed.- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
