En Baja Paint buscamos un/a **Head de Revenue & Business Intelligence** que lidere la estrategia de crecimiento rentable y la transformación analítica de la compañía. Este rol será socio estratégico directo del CEO y responsable de convertir datos en decisiones que impulsen ingresos, eficiencia operativa y digitalización del negocio.

La posición tiene impacto transversal en ventas, marketing, finanzas, operaciones y tecnología, con el objetivo de consolidar una organización verdaderamente _data-driven_.

**Principales responsabilidades**
- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia integral de ingresos (revenue plan, pricing, descuentos y forecast).
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento por canal, zona y segmento.
- Liderar la implementación del sistema de Business Intelligence y dashboards ejecutivos.
- Integrar y analizar información de ventas, clientes, inventarios y operaciones.
- Desarrollar modelos analíticos y predictivos para soporte a decisiones estratégicas.
- Impulsar la digitalización y automatización de procesos clave (CRM, reporting, ventas).
- Proveer análisis, reportes y escenarios para la toma de decisiones del CEO y comité directivo.
- Coordinar métricas y proyectos estratégicos con socios corporativos (Comex / PPG).

Experiência y requisitos
- Mínimo **7 años de experiência** en roles de Revenue Management, Business Intelligence, Data Strategy o similares.
- Experiência sólida en **retail, consumo masivo, B2B o empresas con múltiples canales**.
- Historial comprobable tomando **decisiones de negocio basadas en datos**.
- Experiência liderando proyectos de transformación digital o analítica.
- Capacidad para influir transversalmente sin autoridad jerárquica directa.
- Alta tolerancia a entornos en crecimiento y procesos en evolución.
