Market research:a) Develop quarterly and monthly studies on the ICT market. (The studies take place monthly or quarterly, so the professional must monitor and comply with the deadlines and stages of the research process).b) Collect data on consumers, competitors and market conditions and consolidate information.c) Contact and communicate with suppliers to schedule an interview for data collection.d) Document and record data in the system, meeting local and global deadlines.e) Work with the regional and local team to analyze and collate the necessary information.2. Investigation of new products or technologies.a) Investigate and report the impact of new technologies on the general market (AR/VR impacting the mobile device ecosystem, for example);b) Create and maintain an ecosystem of contacts to support research into new technologies3.
