**Otras responsabilidades incluirán**:- Analizarás e implementarás diseños de productos o maquinaria para determinar el mejor método en los procesos de manufactura.- Propondrás y evaluarás los procesos relacionados con el equipo en el área asignada.- Dirigirás el diseño, desarrollo y/o mejora de los procesos de manufactura en el área asignada.- Mantendrás contacto regular con socios externos al grupo de trabajo.- Brindarás orientación a un pequeño grupo de empleados técnicos.- Podrías evaluar o monitorear los gastos relacionados con procesos y/o equipos.**Habilidades Requeridas**:- Carreras afines: Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecatrónica, cualquier ingeniería relacionada o experiência afín.- Experiência requerida en posiciones similares: de 2 a 3 años.- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos (4x3).- Disponibilidad para cubrir turnos extraordinarios durante fin de semana.- Nível de Inglés: Intermedio-alto / ConversacionalHabilidades Críticas: Conocimiento y programación de robots Fanuc de pintura modelos P700, P500, P20, M2000, M710ia,**Habilidades Deseadas**:- Solución de problemas complejos- Cumplimiento de metas y objetivos enfocados a resultados- Implementación de nuevos proyectos- Capacidad de aprendizaje de nuevas tecnologías y procesos- Planeación y ejecución de planes a corto, mediano y largo plazo- Administración de personal y solución de conflictos- Habilidad de negociación para el cumplimiento de tareas- Conocimiento Sistema Global de Manufactura- Software de programación Paint Pro, Proceso de pintado automotriz, Sistemas de combustión.GM no proporciona soporte ni patrocinio para trámites de documentos legales con fines inmigración.
