We put people first, care fiercely, earn trust with science and solve with courage - and have brilliant opportunities waiting for you Join us in shaping our future-and yours.**Role reports to**:Angela Velasquez**Location**:CDMX, Colombia**Travel %**: 10%**What you will do**The Retail Media Manager for Kenvue LANorth is responsible for drive Mental Availability through reach, relevance & recognition, delivering frictionless, valuable and data-based experiences to our consumers and health care professionals.As part of this team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive retail media strategies to drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales within retail environments. This role requires a deep understanding of both retail operations and digital advertising platforms. This position reports to Media Execution Head LA North.On everyday basis, you will discuss retail media initiatives across brands, looking for efficient solutions that pursue high impact on strategic audiences with desired improvements in ROAS through precision marketing at scale. Partnering with our media agency, ecommerce team and brand managers, you will be responsible for excellence in execution of retail media strategies (Planning, execution, tracking and reporting).- Key Responsibilities***- Develop and implement strategic retail media plans aligned with business objectives.- Execution of retail media campaigns in partnering with media agency.- Lead relationships with retail partners, agencies, and technology vendors to leverage retail media opportunities effectively.- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize targeting, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.- Manage retail media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of resources to achieve campaign objectives.- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate retail media initiatives.- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in retail media and digital advertising, and lead experimentation with new tactics and channels.**Qualifications**:**What we are looking for**Required Qualifications- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred area of study in Business, Marketing or Advertising.- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including media execution and digital marketing.- Prior media agency experience or dedicated media role within a company/brand team for LATAM markets.- Proven experience in retail media planning and execution, media planning, or digital advertising.- Proven experience with Amazon Ads, Rappi Amplify, Mercado Ads, Walmart Connect or RMNs platforms.**Skills**:- Collaborative spirit.
