We are looking for a retail media enthusiast eager to grow in digital marketing. Previous experience at an agency or client-side. You are motivated, keen to learn, and passionate about making a difference. We value a data geek who transforms numbers into compelling narratives and tangible outcomes. While perfection is not mandatory, we are looking for someone committed to continuous improvement and growth.
Reporting to the Senior Paid Media Director, you will be detail oriented, quick to pick up new skills and calm under pressure.
- Daily management of retail media campaigns, focusing on revenue and profit growth and managing within budget goals
- Improve retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks
- Analyze the performance of campaigns and identifying strategic opportunities, facilitating change to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs
- Measurement expertise on their platforms to identify poor implementations and areas of opportunity to improve campaign results
- Work with internal managers and directors to support client initiatives and drive advertising media spend
**Qualifications**
- 1-2+ years experience at an agency or client side
- Amazon Ads & Walmart Ads certified
- Knowledge of retail media advertising sponsored ads and DSP platforms
- Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI or Pacvue
- Accountable and responsive
- Analytical and demonstrated willingness to learn
- Display a consistent level of evident enthusiasm
- Have high personal standards and promote them in others
- A valued team member, who upholds Jellyfish's values at all times
