We’d rather have a chat and see if you could be a great fit than never meet at all.**Location - Mexico, Remote****Responsibilities**:- Delivery- Identify technical issues that impact project performance (scope creep, delays, requested change orders, etc.)- Provide information related to project cost performance against plan, any performance guarantee status, etc.- Support- Sales- Support market development activities for industrial data science.- Participate in commercial activities for specific projects as needed.- Identify change orders and new opportunities within client projects.- Management- Request/undertake professional development as required to remain billable/cost effective.- Support the project staffing process to maximize overall practice margins.- Example Metrics- Meet or exceed client expectations as measured by surveys and verbal feedback.- Delivery projects on time, within budget and per agreed scope.- Maintain or improve project or contract margin.- Maintain billable utilization at or above target.- Maintain or achieve relevant industry certifications.**Basic Qualifications**:- 2 or more years of experience as a process or control engineer in a manufacturing environment.- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in chemical engineering or other engineering with heavy process modeling, statistics, or process control focus.- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.- Fluent in English: reading, writing, and speaking.- Familiarity with DCS (SCADA, HMI, etc.) and/or PLC configuration.- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time, typically 1- or 2-week trips. Occasional international projects are likely.- Must be willing and able to comply with customer safety & health requirements including submitting to and passing drug tests, safety training, etc.**Preferred Qualifications**:- 2-5 years of experience as a process or control engineer in a manufacturing environment.- An advanced degree in chemical engineering or other engineering with heavy modeling, statistics, or process control focus- Experience developing business cases for advanced process control or analytics.- Experience with industrial computing, networking, cybersecurity, OPC and/or SQL.- Familiarity with predictive emissions monitoring systems.LI-AP2
