**What your background should look like**:**Detalle de actividades**:- Introducción de nuevos Productos y costeo.- Validación de cambios.- Elaboración de fixturas que incluyan poka yoke.- Modifica y mejora moldes.- Balanceo de operaciones.- Diseño e implementación de celdas de Producción mediante la estructura de Lean Manufacturing.- Realizar VSM de procesos.- Implementa y coordinar eventos Kaizen.- Realiza proyectos Six-Sigma mediante uso DMAIC y Project charter.- Realiza DOE para procesos de moldeo.- Documenta las operaciones en Instrucciones de trabajo digitales.- Realiza cambios de Ingeniería para dibujos del Producto y herramental.- Valida cambios de BOM.- Realiza PFMEA.- Participa en los equipos multidisciplinario para herramientas de Problem Solving. (8D, A3)- Coordina y ejecuta eventos Kaizen**Experiência y requisitos**- Ingeniería Industrial/Mecánica/Mecatrónica/Electrónica- 3 a 5 años en puesto similar- Six Sigma (Certificación Green belt mínimo)- Experiência en Moldeo- Conocimiento de ISO9001- Auto Cad necesario- Habilidad para comunicarse con todos los níveles de la organización- Ingles intermedio - avanzado**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, Innovation
