This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment within a rapidly growing team, with abundant prospects for career advancement. Also a Senior Technical Product Manager who blends product curiosity with technical comprehension. You’ll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution—owning delivery of complex, data‑driven, and AI‑powered fintech, shopping, and payments products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on translating vision into technical plans, loves getting deep into systems, lucid charts, and measures success in shipped features and quantifiable measurable results. We’re building fun financial products that empower consumers and merchants with transparency and control. This role is influential in how we do it—using technology, design, and data to make financial access smarter, safer, and empowering. What You'll Do Translate projects, initiatives and quarterly rocks into detailed technical requirements and execution plans. Partner closely with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high‑quality features. Own technical product documentation, user stories, and release management end‑to‑end. Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance. Constantly run A/B tests and experiments, driving learning loops from idea to measurable outcome. Ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and other stakeholders through clear communication and ruthless prioritization. Anticipate technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies early—and manage them proactively. Operate with urgency and ownership in an environment with evolving requirements and constraints. Collaborate with data and AI teams to bring intelligence and automation into product workflows. What We Look For Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline (required). Deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows. Strong SQL skills and comfort querying and interpreting data independently. 6–10 years of product experience, ideally in fintech, e‑commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI‑enabled products. Proven record of building and shipping complex products from concept to iteration. Experience working in agile, fast‑moving environments with engineering‑heavy collaboration. Hands‑on familiarity with AI tools, data models, or generative AI applications—personally, professionally, or better yet, both Comfortable working in ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete information. Analytical, structured thinker who can translate technical complexity into actionable plans. Strong written and verbal communication—can hold your own in both engineering standups and executive reviews. You must know the ins and outs of the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). This includes submission guidelines, review timelines, and how to handle app rejections. Experience with staged rollouts, forced updates, and backward compatibility. Experience managing the technical side of subscriptions, such as grace periods (what happens when a card fails), and renewal logic. Have a baseline understanding how the backend grants or revokes access to features based on the user’s current subscription status. Preferred Qualifications Experience with regulated credit, lending, e‑commerce, marketplaces, rewards platforms, or card products. Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure (LLMs, MCP’s, or model ops). Background in two‑sided marketplaces or payments orchestration. Experience with strategies for \"upselling\" existing subscribers to higher tiers or \"cross‑selling\" add‑on features. Designing automated flows to bring back former subscribers with special offers or new feature highlights. About You You have relentlessly high standards - many people may think your standards are unreasonably high. You are continually raising the bar and driving those around you to deliver great results. You make sure that defects do not get sent down the line and that problems are fixed so they stay fixed. You’re not bound by convention - your success—and much of the fun—lies in developing new ways to do things You need action - speed matters in business. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study. We value calculated risk‑taking. You earn trust - you listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat others respectfully. You have backbone; disagree, then commit - you can respectfully challenge decisions when you disagree, even when doing so is uncomfortable or exhausting. You have conviction and are tenacious. You do not compromise for the sake of social cohesion. Once a decision is determined, you commit wholly. You deliver results - you focus on the key inputs and deliver them with the right quality and in a timely fashion. Despite setbacks, you rise to the occasion and never settle.
