Reliability Engineer

Join our team to create a better tomorrow togetherReliability Engineer will interface directly with the global Engineering team to understand requirements for testing, to develop test solutions and to continuously improve our testing capabilities through the advancement of new test methodologies and equipment in support of our strategic business strategy.Principal Functions:1. Lead reliability tests to different types of bearings.2. Define reliability tests parameters for bearings assemblies and components.3. Perform life data analysis and drives corrective actions.4. Identify product failures due to these types of tests and obtain conclusions based on results.5. Establish reliability and work planning metrics to monitor performance and improvement.6. Direct work with Reliability Engineers and Specialists at other regions or areas.7. Ensure a clean, organized, safe, and productive test lab by maintaining a high level of 5S and Safey proficiency in the area.**Requirements**:1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering2. 3 years experience in Reliability or Testing Engineering3. Make complex decisions with effectiveness.4.Working knowledge in areas like troubleshooting testing problems, handling of electrical/electronic instruments, measuring instruments like temperature, speed, vibration, torque measuring devices.5. Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills6. Subject matter expert in reliability.7. Understanding of statistics such as DOE and Weibull Analysis8. Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Tools, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc9.Communication and customer service.10. Highly detail-oriented and organized.11.
