KUKUN busca a su próximo Guest Service Agent, en CDMX para un Startup que está revolucionando el mundo de la hospitalidad. Es una vacante que requiere ser empático, orientado a las soluciones, mucha energía, análisis, organización y liderazgo.Actividades:- Ser el primer contacto con los huéspedes, vía telefónica, correo o chat.- Apoyar a nuevos huéspedes y a aquellos que están buscando alargar sus estancias- Comunicar de manera entusiasta, la propuesta de valor única de la empresa.- Ofrecer un servicio eficiente y oportuno manteniendo estándares de calidad en todo momento.- Ser responsable del proceso de reservaciones desde inicio a fin, incluyendo dar seguimiento cuando sea necesario.- Atender y resolver cualquier asunto que los huéspedes puedan llegar a tener.- Gestionar el proceso de reservaciones de inicio a fin.- Coordinarse efectivamente con el equipo de operaciones para administrar entradas y salidas de huéspedes, temas de mantenimiento, limpieza y peticiones especiales.- Proveer servicios de consejería cuando sea oportuno, ayudando a los huéspedes a tener una estancia idónea.Habilidades:- Proactividad- Atención al detalle- Experiência laboral (al menos 2 años) en el área de atención al cliente, concierge, recepción, en hotelería- Sentido de responsabilidad hacia el trabajo- Resolución de problemas.- Actitud amigable- Facilidad con el uso de tecnologías- Flexibilidad de horario- Dominio del idioma inglés verbal y escrito.Estudios: Licenciatura en hotelería, turismo, hospitalidad o afín.Esquema laboral: Tiempo completoTipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminado, Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
